I created Light by Lindsay as a space to share the calming power of sound, crystals, and Reiki. Through gentle sound baths and energy healing, I guide others toward relaxation, balance, and a deeper sense of peace.
Light worker, energy healer, intuitive- and someone who’s been on a journey of rediscovering what true light means. After decades in hospitality and service, I felt a powerful pull toward a different kind of connection: one rooted in stillness, subtle energy, and the unseen ways we support each other.
