This immersive experience uses crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, gentle chimes, the gong, and an ocean wave drum to guide your mind and body into deep relaxation. You’ll be held in a calming soundscape that supports clarity, rejuvenation, and emotional renewal.

New Moon Sound Bath
NEW MOON SOUND BATH WITH LIGHT BY LINDSAY
Step into the fresh energy of the New Moon on Sunday, January 18th from 1pm-2pm with a grounding, heart-opening sound bath designed to help you release, reset, and call in what you truly desire for the month ahead.
Releasing Pain, Restoring Calm
Enjoy a talk from licensed clinical social worker, Megan Bryk, followed by actionable tools to add to your healing toolbox. Jean Dolan of August Moves will then lead participants through a 30 minute movement practice that is fully accessible and aimed towards lessening pain and discomfort. Dr. Caitlin Courtney will then provide auricular (ear) acupuncture to reduce pain and stress with ear seeds applied once needles are removed for further healing after the event. Finally, the event will close with a soundbath by Light by Lindsay.
