You’ll be guided through a restorative journey of sound and vibration. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will create a meditative soundscape that supports nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and inner stillness.
This experience is an opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect—with yourself, your intentions, and the natural rhythms that guide us. Allow the frequencies to wash over you, creating space for release, renewal, and quiet expansion.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, or any items that will help you feel fully supported and at ease during the session.

I created LIGHT BY LINDSAY as a space to share the calming power of sound, crystals, and Reiki. Through gentle sound baths and energy healing, I guide others toward relaxation, balance, and a deeper sense of peace.
Light worker, energy healer, intuitive- and someone who’s been on a journey of rediscovering what true light means. After decades in hospitality and service, I felt a powerful pull toward a different kind of connection: one rooted in stillness, subtle energy, and the unseen ways we support each other.
